OTU and Daedo Sign Sponsorship Agreement
The OTU is pleased to announce that it has entered into a sponsorship agreement with Daedo which will be a strong partnership aimed at assisting the OTU and Taekwondo in the Oceania region.
John Kotsifas secretary general of the OTU said...
"It is a very important agreement and it establishes a strong partnership between the OTU and Daedo. Daedo is now a WTF approved sports provider and brand name and the OTU plans on utilizing the Daedo products and electronic body protector at all OTU events. Daedo is a very popular and strong Taekwondo brand name with high quality products. It is a company that has a long history in Taekwondo and the OTU, its members and athletes will only benefit from the agreement which we have now reached with Daedo. The next 2 years will be very exciting for the OTU and Daedo."

2010 Oceania Championships – 4th-5th December 2010 Numea, New Caledonia
The 2010 Taekwondo championships will be held in Numea, New Caledonia between 4-5th December 2010.
The event will include:
- Senior sparring
- Junior sparring
- Poomse competition
- Technical seminars and Dan Gradings by the Kukkiwon

WTF International Referee Course and Refresher seminar, 29th November –2nd December 2010, New Caledonia
An International Referee course and refresher seminar will be held prior to the 2010 Oceania championships in Numea, New Caledonia between 29th Nov and 2nd December 2010. For new IR’s, this is your opportunity to be qualified as an IR and for existing IR’s, the refresher offer you the opportunity to upgrade your IR qualifications.
